Disney vacations are extraordinary. They're also layered, time-sensitive, and surprisingly strategic – and the space between the dream and the logistics is exactly where I work.
Most people planning a Disney vacation assume they'll just handle it themselves. A few hours of research, some Google, maybe asking their friend who went last summer for advice. And then three weeks later they're deep in a spreadsheet at midnight wondering how this became a part-time job.
Let's do it a different way.
As a planner who specializes in all things Disney, I don't just know the parks. I understand the system: which resort actually fits your priorities, how to shape a trip so it flows instead of fragments, what to book first and what simply isn't worth your energy. Here are a few of the specific ways using me as your Disney travel planner can make a big difference in your vacation.
Expertise that stays current
Disney moves fast. Reservation systems evolve, pricing shifts, new attractions open, and policies change. Keeping up with all of it is a full-time job – and it just so happens to be mine. I stay on top of the latest updates and strategies so I can build out the right experience for you.
When you work with me, you're not starting from scratch with a dozen browser tabs and an outdated YouTube tutorial from two years ago. You're starting with someone who already knows the landscape and knows which questions to ask before we plan anything at all.
Wondering which resorts are closest to the parks? Best times to ride Rise of the Resistance? How to avoid the midday crowds? The perfect snack spot for picky eaters? I’ve got you covered.
Planning that's actually personal
No two Disney vacations are alike. A family of eight spread across three Walt Disney World resorts for five days has completely different needs than a couple celebrating a milestone birthday at Disneyland. (I've planned both.)
A few months ago, I tried asking an AI platform how it would plan out a day at the Magic Kingdom. It came back with an itinerary that was...technically correct? But so overstuffed with activities from sunrise to midnight, even the most dedicated of Disney folks would need medical intervention at the end of the day. The problem is that AI is trained on content from social influencers who aren't trying to make a plan that works for real people – so you get templated lists that check off every ride, at the expense of your sanity.
I don't hand out cookie-cutter templates. What I build is based on what matters to you: the must-do rides, the dining experiences worth planning ahead for, the pace that keeps everyone happy. I design your day around what's right for you.
Someone in your Corner
Even the best-laid plans can hit a bump. When you book with me, you’ve got a partner who’s ready to jump in and fix it.
When flights are being canceled due to an incoming storm, I'm the one on hold with your airline to get you rebooked. When your Disney Dining Plan doesn't go through at lunch, I'm the one who calls the restaurant manager and gets it sorted out. When you're in the park, your kid is way past meltdown o'clock, and you need someone to help get you back to your resort, pronto, I'm the one who texts you directions to the rideshare pickup.
You're not handling problems alone – you've got someone ready to jump in, figure it out, and get you back on track. That's what a specialist is for.
Yes, it's free
This is the part that catches most people by surprise: my services don’t cost you a thing. Disney pays me a commission on your booking, and you pay the exact same (and probably even less) than you would if you booked on your own.
How might you pay less? Part of what I do is monitor for new offers and discounts after your trip is booked. When Disney releases a promotion that applies to your reservation, I automatically rebook it at the lower rate. I've saved clients hundreds of dollars with a single email. That's the kind of thing that's easy to miss when you're planning on your own.
Disney vacations should be exactly what you imagine. Make it your best trip — the one people talk about for years — by working with someone behind the scenes who cares about the details as much as you do.
That's what I'm here for. Let's start planning.
